Bar Back – Hospitality Support

About the role

As a Bar Back you will support the bar, restaurant, room service and event areas, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist across all food‑and‑beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, room service and events.
• Greet guests, take and deliver orders accurately, and maintain high service standards.
• Set up and arrange tables, fold napkins, and place tableware for dining and events.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe, adhering to health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards in hospitality.
