Commercial Director

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead the development and execution of the hotel’s commercial strategy, driving revenue across all market segments and channels. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure maximum market penetration and profit performance for Hilton Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement short‑, medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategies aligned with the Commercial Focus process.
• Analyse market data, forecasts and pricing to identify growth opportunities and optimise revenue.
• Coordinate sales, catering, events and marketing initiatives to maximise conversion and profitability.
• Oversee hotel marketing, e‑commerce campaigns and brand positioning.
• Lead, train and develop the commercial team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders and support functions to ensure commercial benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Director or Commercial Manager in the hospitality sector.
• Deep knowledge of the Bahrain market and hospitality trends.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and ownership groups.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical capabilities.
• Track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
