Registered Nurse – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient unit. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, IV therapy and patient hygiene.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and adhere to IPC guidelines.
• Document all interventions in the EMR and report significant changes to physicians promptly.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, discharge planning and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications and health maintenance.
• Follow hospital policies, regulatory standards (JCI, NHRA) and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license/registration with the national regulatory authority.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inpatient/acute‑care nursing experience.
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS or PALS preferred.
