Restaurant Hostess – Luxury Dining

About the role

Join InterContinental Bahrain as a Restaurant Hostess and become the welcoming face of our luxury dining venues. You will create memorable first and last impressions for guests, ensuring a seamless and elegant dining experience that reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine luxury attitude.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests courteously, and handle inquiries or feedback with empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards at the host desk and restaurant entrance.
• Uphold InterContinental brand values, grooming standards, and service culture at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest‑facing hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed appearance with a confident, welcoming presence.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
