Speech‑Language Therapist – Arabic Proficiency (GCC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Speech‑Language Therapist with native‑level Arabic proficiency to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services across the GCC, preferably in Eastern Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering culturally appropriate interventions for both pediatric and adult clients in hospital, rehabilitation and private‑clinic settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans in Arabic and English.
• Treat a wide range of communication, feeding and swallowing disorders, including developmental delays, speech sound disorders, stuttering, aphasia, dysphagia, autism spectrum disorders and neurogenic conditions.
• Collaborate with ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, occupational therapists and educators to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide parent coaching and patient education to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with NHRA regulations and complete required CPD activities.

Required profile

• Active NHRA (Bahrain) allied‑health license with cleared Quadrabay or DataFlow – PSV.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Extensive clinical experience in GCC healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work bilingually (Arabic/English) and navigate regional cultural dynamics.
