Technical Trainer (DCS, SCADA, ESD)

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver hands‑on and theoretical training on Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) solutions. The role involves travelling to customer sites across Morocco to ensure users can operate and maintain Yokogawa’s automation technologies effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site training sessions covering DCS, ESD and SCADA systems.
• Develop, update and maintain training manuals, presentations and e‑learning materials.
• Schedule and conduct general training programs as required by the department.
• Assess trainee progress, deliver feedback and certify competency.
• Collaborate with service and maintenance teams to stay current on product updates and customer needs.
• Ensure all training activities meet Yokogawa’s quality standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering technical training on automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of DCS, ESD (or RSD) and SCADA platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, Arabic and French.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Morocco.
• Proficiency with training software and related tools.
