About the role
The Account Assistant will support the General Manager by handling accounting and administrative tasks, preparing daily reports, and ensuring smooth documentation flow. This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating communication across internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute accounting and administrative duties assigned by the General Manager.
- Prepare, update, and present reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
- Valid Saudi driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
