About the role

As a Bar Supervisor at Hilton’s CLAW BBQ, you will lead the bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll combine operational oversight with a warm, hospitality‑focused attitude to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an upbeat, friendly presence and proactively enhance guest experiences.
• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and meet brand standards.
• Prepare beverages for service, process transactions, and coordinate closely with the service team.
• Train, schedule, and mentor bar staff, fostering high performance and excellent service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, including managing intoxicated patrons safely.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
