About the role
The Cloud Account Manager will leverage a portfolio of cloud technologies to generate market opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and guide customers through their digital transformation journeys. This role focuses on expanding cloud revenue by supporting existing partners and attracting new ones.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with current partners to increase cloud business revenue.
- Identify and onboard new partners, leading activation and enablement activities.
- Achieve KPIs for partner reach, transaction frequency, and revenue yield.
- Assess customer business requirements and communicate cloud value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on cloud products and services.
- Lead marketing, sales, and educational initiatives related to cloud solutions.
- Coordinate after‑sales support and manage marketing funds per company and vendor procedures.
- Collaborate with presales and vendor teams on business opportunities and pitches.
- Respond quickly to partner inquiries and produce professional commercial quotations.
- Stay current with cloud technology trends, certifications, and vendor requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field (Master’s degree advantageous).
- More than 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Deep knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
