About the role
The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations at Hawar Resort, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. This position requires strong hospitality leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day resort operations, guaranteeing smooth functionality across all areas.
- Address guest concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Lead and support staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.
- Act as first point of contact for emergencies, coordinating response and reporting.
- Enforce resort policies, procedures, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Prepare daily operational reports, including guest feedback and incident logs.
- Oversee the complete guest journey from reservation to departure.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hospitality or resort management.
- Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
