About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Events & Operations Coordinator to join our Events & Hospitality Services division. The role will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including exhibitions, conferences, corporate gatherings and catering projects across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate event planning and execution from initial inquiry through completion.
- Communicate with suppliers, venues, contractors and service providers to ensure all requirements are met.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and detailed project plans.
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling and project tracking.
- Support client meetings and ensure smooth delivery on the day of the event.
- Manage catering, booth setup, logistics and other on‑site requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in event management, hospitality, exhibitions or related fields.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia (Dammam – Khobar) as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
