About the role
As a Front Office Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Mantis eco‑lodges and resorts. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage check‑in and check‑out processes and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay while supporting the company’s conservation mission.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations, room assignments and special requests using the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms and resolve any issues.
- Process guest payments, maintain accurate billing and update guest records.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints and requests promptly, aiming for high satisfaction.
- Prepare daily operational reports on occupancy, arrivals and departures.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest service.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and conservation initiatives.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
