Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the role

The Graphic Designer & Content Creator will lead visual communication and digital content for Radio Bahrain across all platforms, franchises, commercial clients, campaigns and events. The role focuses on graphic design, social‑media content creation, branding and digital execution while supporting ideation, video editing and occasional photography.

Key responsibilities

• Study and understand the radio industry and Radio Bahrain’s brand.
• Lead creation of social‑media graphics, campaign visuals, presentations and co‑branded content.
• Produce 2D animations for all social platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day content creation on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Oversee social‑media scheduling, posting and content coordination.
• Develop visual concepts aligned with branding and campaign direction.
• Maintain and evolve branding and social‑media guidelines.
• Support the videography team with short‑form video edits and reels.
• Assist with photography and basic videography when required.
• Collaborate with Programming and Commercial departments for event coverage and live content.
• Generate ideas for creative campaigns, social trends and audience engagement.
• Organise design files, templates and creative assets.
• Utilise AI‑powered creative tools to improve workflow and ideation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or junior‑level candidate with a strong design instinct.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Passion for branding, storytelling and digital culture.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced media environment.
