About the role
Join the Westin team in Manama as a Housekeeping Coordinator, where you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance.
Required skills
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
- Knowledge of standard housekeeping procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
