Human Capital Executive

About the role

The Human Capital Executive supports a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, operational HR support, engagement activities, documentation, compliance and cross‑functional coordination within a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, collecting joining documents and coordinating induction logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, and keep the HRMS updated with all changes.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR requests such as employment letters, salary certificates, ID cards and respond to employee queries.
• Assist with attendance regularisations, shift changes and leave tracking in partnership with Admin and Operations teams.
• Plan and execute employee events, birthday celebrations and internal communication campaigns.
• Prepare HR documentation including warning letters, promotion memos and contract amendments under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, approval hierarchies and participate in HR audits.
• Liaise with Payroll, Admin, PRO and IT teams to guarantee seamless processing of payroll, insurance and system updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in human resources, HRMS administration or related functions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience in a retail environment and familiarity with sales KPI targets is an advantage.
