Inventory Controller

About the role

The Inventory Controller will be based in Bahrain and will ensure accurate stock records across assigned stores and warehouses. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the retail and logistics operations of a multinational apparel group.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers between stores and warehouses.
• Update inventory management systems with inbound and outbound movements.
• Support replenishment, allocation, and purchasing decisions.
• Prepare inventory reports for finance, merchandising and operations teams.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and store teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in retail, FMCG or logistics.
• Understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, storage, dispatch and transfers.
• Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
