Loss Prevention & Security Officer

About the role

Join the Marriott Executive Apartments team in Manama as a Loss Prevention & Security Officer. You will safeguard guests and property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, emergencies, and assist guests or employees as needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort individuals from the premises when required.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain confidentiality of loss‑prevention documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Good judgment and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Ability to operate security monitoring equipment.
