Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative, high‑energy Marketing Executive to join Zayani Motors, a leading automotive brand in Bahrain. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to boost brand visibility and execute dynamic campaigns for world‑renowned automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company websites and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Execute digital marketing activities, run performance‑based campaigns, and monitor KPIs and ROI using social media monitoring tools.
• Generate regular performance reports and handle social‑media crises or customer complaints professionally.
• Organise marketing events, exhibitions, and test‑drive events for press and influencers, including venue bookings and material preparation.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets to secure consistent coverage of press releases.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, printing, and installation of marketing collateral.
• Liaise with creative and PR agencies, prepare media plans, and develop campaign result presentations.
• Maintain departmental documentation, databases, and creative assets, and handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social‑media analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage PR and influencer relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills for database and documentation management.
• Proactive team player capable of handling high‑pressure situations and crisis management.
