Metal Supervisor – Sheet Metal Fabrication

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Metal Supervisor to lead a large workshop team in Bahrain. You will oversee sheet‑metal fabrication, interior metal works, and related production activities while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine work.
• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately for production.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Lead a team of up to 100 workers, providing training and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality‑control procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to sheet‑metal processes and machinery.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sheet‑metal fabrication and interior metal works.
• Proven experience supervising large workshop teams.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
