About the role
The Project Planner will be responsible for estimating project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating closely with site managers, engineers and procurement teams to keep construction projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans and updates using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Manage cost and time aspects of projects, preparing weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and Earned Value Management analyses.
- Prepare and issue RFQs, assemble supplier quotes and coordinate with the procurement department to track orders and delivery dates.
- Act as the main interface between the company, clients, subcontractors and external parties, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in pre‑contract and post‑contract planning, review new jobs, identify RFIs, scope discrepancies and support the Setting Out team.
- Maintain effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely and efficient job completion.
- Generate meeting minutes, follow‑up notes and reports to drive accountability and project performance.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area or commercial projects.
- Experience on high‑rise building projects in Saudi Arabia, with willingness to relocate.
- Proven ability to manage extensions of time, baseline schedules, EVM and multi‑project environments.
- Ready to join immediately.
