About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop winning strategies and drive revenue growth across key markets. The role works closely with marketing, product and operations to expand our market presence and maximise performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base and nurture key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and product positioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
