Sales / Service Advisor

About the role

The Sales / Service Advisor is responsible for underwriting and processing personal lines products while delivering high‑level customer service. The role involves handling inbound calls and walk‑in customers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate information is provided according to company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all calls and assist walk‑in customers in a consistent, professional manner.
• Update footfall tracker for walk‑in clients and achieve daily sales targets for shop and call centre.
• Provide accurate product information, process quotations, policy changes, renewals and payments in the system on the same day.
• Promote company products, identify risks beyond authority and refer them to the manager.
• Maintain relationships with key partners, meet campaign results and audit standards.
• Support colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service and resource coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, including inbound and outbound telephone sales.
• Self‑disciplined, organized and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Strong sales background with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
