Security Supervisor – Resort Hotel

About the role

As a Security Supervisor for a new resort hotel, you will lead the security team to ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and property during the pre‑opening phase. Your leadership will shape a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of security officers, conducting briefings and debriefings.
• Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Provide training on procedures, customer service, and emergency response.
• Conduct regular patrols and manage CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Manage access control systems and verify permissions for restricted areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate security measures and address guest or staff concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience supervising security personnel, preferably in hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
