About the role
Local is a QR‑payments platform serving the food‑and‑beverage and hospitality sector across Bahrain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead merchant acquisition and sales activities throughout Bahrain, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to activation.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sales and merchant acquisition across Bahrain.
- Run outbound and inbound sales cycles from first contact to signed and activated merchant.
- Build relationships with restaurant operators, hospitality group owners and procurement decision‑makers.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on pipeline reporting and market feedback.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of B2B sales experience in Bahrain.
- Background in payments, POS or F&B technology is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
- Based in Riyadh and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
