Senior Influencer Manager – EU Policy Outreach

About the role

NTU International seeks a Senior Influencer Manager to support DG MENA in promoting European Union policies across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf. The role focuses on designing and executing influencer‑driven communication campaigns that enhance visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA communication objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators, and opinion leaders.
• Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns that promote EU policies, initiatives, and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce analytical reports, and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer activities with broader communication and social media efforts.
• Advise on audience engagement tactics and emerging digital communication trends.
• Assist in creating campaign concepts, messaging, and digital content.
• Liaise with communication teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing, or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are assets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/social media communication.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
