Senior Production Engineer - Metalwork & Fit-out

About the Role

Join Havelock One Interiors, a Middle East leader in turnkey fit-out services since 1998. As we expand our presence in the Bahraini market, we are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to drive our manufacturing excellence in our Askar facility, specializing in high-end joinery and bespoke metalwork.

Main Missions

• Direct and oversee daily production operations within the workshop to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage production schedules and optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise and lead a diverse team of 20 to 60 fabrication and welding professionals.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and maintenance of sheet metal machinery.
• Enforce strict adherence to 5S principles, workplace discipline, and PPE safety requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into reality through skilled hand-sketching for custom metal fabrication.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in metal interior fabrication and bespoke metalwork.
• Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of safety and organizational discipline (5S).

Required Skills

• Expertise in sheet metal processes: laser cutting, press brake, rolling, and MIG/TIG welding.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Technical sketching skills for custom metal components.
• Basic proficiency in Autodesk software and Epicor ERP.
• Strong production planning and team management capabilities.
