Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to site completion. The role requires independent execution with minimal supervision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle on‑site, from possession of the unit to final hand‑over.
• Define project scope, schedule, performance requirements and resource plans.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Optimize labour, material and equipment usage for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality, cost and time controls.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in similar project engineering or fit‑out roles.
• Strong technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
