Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently drive fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to site completion, ensuring seamless execution with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on‑site, from possession to final hand‑over.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee construction sites.
• Manage vendors, trades and maintain continuous client communication.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, safety and contract administration.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution capabilities.
• Previous experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
