Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead and coordinate fit‑out works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise surveys and setting‑out/marking of interior finishes for all assigned sites.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accurate quantity take‑off and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Projects.
• Review daily site reports with progress photos and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and monitor workers and charge‑hands according to work requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance and report any discrepancies or incidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions and act on agreed points.
• Book daily timesheets, verify as‑built quantities and prepare O&M manuals.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on hospitality, hotel, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health or education projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in a multinational environment.
• Ability to lead and coordinate supervisors and other site personnel.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.
