Senior Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Support

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to partner with the world’s largest enterprises across the MENAT region. You will act as the technical leader and advocate for customers, helping them design, adopt, and optimize AWS services while ensuring operational health and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cloud strategies that drive adoption of AWS services such as Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, Networking, Serverless, and Big Data.
• Maintain the operational health of customer AWS environments, reducing cost and complexity.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Development, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre‑launch planning.
• Identify and act on opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure/platform engineering, data & analytics, or AI/ML.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Consultant, or Support Engineer.
• Strong ability to communicate with C‑suite executives and technical teams.
• Demonstrated bias for action and problem‑solving across complex, multi‑cloud environments.
