About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated Service Advisor in the automotive sector, based in Sitrah, Bahrain. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and coordinating repairs with the workshop team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their automotive needs.
- Advise on repairs and maintenance, providing clear explanations.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor work.
- Provide repair estimates and keep customers updated on progress.
- Handle queries and complaints professionally.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Organisational and administrative competence.
