About the role
First Motors is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join its Sitrah workshop. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while coordinating vehicle repairs. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring timely and quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on repairs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor work.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and handle queries or complaints.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Organisational and administrative competence.
Required skills
- Vehicle mechanics knowledge.
- Automotive service software proficiency.
