Supply Chain Graduate Program – MENA Region

About the role

Arla is launching a three‑year Supply Chain Graduate Program for the MENA region. The programme combines two years of rotations in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia with 24 months of experience at European production sites, giving you hands‑on exposure to dairy manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement optimisation opportunities to improve cost efficiency and environmental performance.
• Support the rollout of lean principles across production lines.
• Participate in quality and process management initiatives.
• Deliver projects that address technical, production and logistical challenges.
• Assist in team management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last 1‑2 years with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering, production, dairy, food science or related fields preferred).
• Ambitious, analytical, result‑oriented and eager to lead.
• Curious, open‑minded and comfortable asking questions.
• Demonstrates Arla leadership behaviours and a desire to make a difference.
