System Engineer – Microsoft Infrastructure & ServiceNow

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a System Engineer to provide software engineering services focused on Microsoft infrastructure support. The role supports the YMA, YIL and YCA regions on a rotation basis, ensuring reliable access to files, folders and cloud services while maintaining service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver software engineering services for Microsoft infrastructure support and related technologies.
• Provide file and folder access assistance across multiple regions on a rotating shift schedule.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle escalation calls and coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate and improve automation solutions.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotation shifts covering YMA, YIL and YCA regions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and fast‑paced environments.
• Effective communication skills for handling escalations and cross‑team collaboration.
