Tax Manager – Tax Advisory (Bahrain)

About the role

The Tax Manager – Tax Advisory will lead the delivery of tax consulting services for a reputable organization in Bahrain. Reporting to senior leadership, the role involves providing strategic tax counsel to clients, ensuring compliance, and driving value‑added advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tax advisory and consulting services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Provide tax counsel, guidance, and strategic advice on local and international tax matters.
• Manage client relationships, understand their business objectives, and propose tax‑efficient structures.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and performance.
• Stay updated on Bahrain tax legislation and international tax developments to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to handle complex client engagements and deliver strategic tax advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Bahrain tax law and international tax principles.
• Experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
