Temenos Administrator

About the role

As a Temenos Administrator you will manage the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the Temenos banking platform, ensuring high performance, security and reliability for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Temenos system – user access, security settings and configuration.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan and apply upgrades, patches and enhancements.
• Deliver user training and provide day‑to‑day support.
• Create and maintain documentation such as configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical problems in partnership with support teams and vendors.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Temenos releases and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience administering Temenos or comparable banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos architecture and its modules.
• Proven ability to configure systems, manage users and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent analytical skills and effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Temenos certifications are a plus.
