License Owner / Operator – Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner / Operator to launch and run the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain. You will be responsible for establishing the business, building a football community and delivering a high‑quality game experience through our mobile platform.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and grow Stranger Soccer operations across Bahrain.
• Secure and manage partnerships with local football venues.
• Recruit, train and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality game experiences and continuously improve operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, events, community building or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership abilities.
