Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the design, execution, and scaling of our affiliate program. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing network of affiliates, publishers, creators and influencers that drives profitable customer acquisition across regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate strategies aligned with revenue and acquisition goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across relevant channels.
• Design commission structures, incentives and performance‑based commercial models.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission rates and placement opportunities.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI and LTV, and produce regular performance dashboards.
• Identify high‑performing partners and create plans to increase their contribution.
• Manage affiliate campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives and exclusive offers.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, CRM, sales, product, finance, legal and analytics teams.
• Detect and mitigate fraud, policy violations and other compliance risks.
• Evaluate new affiliate networks, tracking technologies and partnership models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs and partner networks.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret channel and customer data.
