About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the launch of Zimmermann’s new flagship store in Bahrain. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, deliver exceptional client service and ensure smooth daily operations in a luxury fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and maximise store sales while achieving brand KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding client service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspire, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Oversee day‑to‑day stock management, operations and CRM processes.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute launch displays.
- Analyse sales data and implement actions to capture opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, expanding the customer database.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Required profile
- Previous management experience in fashion retail (essential).
- Excellent client‑service orientation.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop team members to exceed targets.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
