Associate Director, Food & Beverage

About the role

The Associate Director – Food & Beverage will lead the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape the guest dining experience while driving revenue and profitability across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that increase revenue and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Manage budgets, analyse financial performance and apply cost‑control measures to optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative, trend‑driven menus that meet guest preferences.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations and quality‑control procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance coaching to food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a senior food and beverage management role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
