Associate Manager – PMO (3-6 years experience)

About the role

The Associate Manager PMO supports the delivery of complex programmes by coordinating resources, maintaining project artefacts, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with 3‑6 years of experience in project management offices who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with resourcing teams to allocate and track resources across programmes.
• Organise and lead meetings to align project approaches and monitor progress.
• Manage the configuration management database (CMDB) and maintain a secure shared repository for project artefacts.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports in partnership with work‑stream leads.
• Oversee timesheet reporting, ensuring timely completion through regular follow‑ups.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes for project staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, escalating issues and coordinating calls to remove blockers.
• Document risks, delays, and support quarterly assurance and quality‑control activities.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the client’s industry.
• Ability to conduct research, perform detailed tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
