Barista – Hilton Hospitality

About the role

The Barista will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a fast‑paced hotel bar environment. You will ensure every order is prepared according to Hilton standards while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the bar shift efficiently, adhering to all procedural and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food items accurately, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, bar, and storage areas in line with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and upsell to maximise revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly drink profit margin targets.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Warm, attentive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Accountable, resilient, and committed to Hilton’s standards and policies.
