Barista – Specialty Coffee & Beverage Preparation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our bustling outlet in Bahrain. The successful candidate will craft specialty coffee, tea, smoothies, mojitos and other beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks, latte art, hot and cold teas, smoothies, juices and mojitos following exact recipes.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate order taking.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating and adherence to portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and work area, following food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, syrups, fruits and other ingredients, manage wastage and support inventory checks.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, multitask during peak periods and help train new staff.

Required profile

• Bahraini national with experience in coffee preparation, cashier duties and basic food handling.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, tea, smoothies and cold‑drink recipes.
• Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
