Beauty Advisor – Retail

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will guide customers through Watsons' beauty product range, delivering knowledgeable and engaging service to drive sales. You will ensure the store presents a clean, well‑stocked environment while adhering to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend suitable beauty products, highlighting features, advantages and benefits.
• Utilise suggestive selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Monitor product availability, update shelf‑life reports and maintain accurate stock records.
• Follow planograms, replenish displays and ensure correct pricing tags are applied.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and compliance with store policies, including attendance and grooming standards.
• Set up promotions using marketing collaterals and update price changes as required.
