Business Development Executive – Gaming & Culture

About the role

Baahij Digital Entertainment is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth across its three digital verticals: Manga Oasis, MENA Gaming, and the YouTube channel All Things Arab. Based in Bahrain, you will act as the bridge between niche youth culture communities and mainstream brands, identifying partnership opportunities and expanding market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map potential brand collaborations, sponsorships, and commercial opportunities within the manga, esports, and regional cultural entertainment sectors.
• Assist in preparing and delivering pitches to prospective clients and agencies for Baahij’s digital platforms.
• Track market trends and report on business opportunities across the three verticals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, supporting senior leadership in forming strategic alliances.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with partners and clients.

Required profile

• Resident of Bahrain with a valid GCC driving licence.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English; Japanese is a plus.
• University graduate, preferably with a business degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong passion for anime/manga, gaming ecosystems, and Arab culture.
