Business Development Manager – Marine & Corrosion Control

About the role

CCME-MCPS LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its marine corrosion‑control business across the UAE and the wider GCC. This is a field‑focused, client‑facing position that requires identifying new opportunities, building relationships and converting technical marine requirements into commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business in UAE and GCC marine/offshore markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators, EPC contractors and marine‑service organisations.
• Identify dry‑docking, new‑build, retrofit, repair and maintenance opportunities for corrosion‑control solutions.
• Generate enquiries for sacrificial anode systems, ICCP, MGPS/ICAF and related engineering services.
• Conduct regular customer visits, technical‑commercial meetings and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations and technical/commercial proposals with engineering and production teams.
• Follow opportunities from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and award.
• Support vendor registrations, framework agreements and strategic accounts.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and maritime industry events.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business‑development or technical‑sales experience in the UAE/GCC marine or offshore sector.
• Strong knowledge of marine engineering, ship repair, shipyards and offshore operations.
• Ability to generate new business rather than only manage existing accounts.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
