Business Development Manager – Software Sales (Bahraini National)

About the role

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of its Azeus Convene solution across the Middle East. The role is based in Bahrain and requires frequent travel within the GCC to engage with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strategic selling.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of Azeus Convene.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via outreach, networking, and lead‑generation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Travel across the Middle East region as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies, and large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C‑suite engagements.
• Strong academic record with at least 70% throughout studies.
• Ready to join within a 1‑2 month notice period and willing to travel throughout the GCC.
