Business Operations Fellow – Project Management Track

About the role

The Business Operations Fellow joins Calo’s Project Management Track, working at the core of the fast‑growing On‑Demand business. This one‑year, full‑time fellowship offers early‑career talent real ownership, rotating across teams to understand end‑to‑end operations while delivering high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of cross‑functional projects across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Customer Experience.
• Coordinate stakeholders, track timelines, priorities and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Analyze operational performance data and propose improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in launching new initiatives and scaling existing processes across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (high school or university) with strong analytical mindset.
• Enthusiastic about solving varied business problems in a fast‑growing environment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or remotely.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
