Commercial Executive – Proposal & Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Executive supports the Group’s commercial activities by preparing proposals, pricing models, commercial analyses and contract documentation. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance and other functions, the role ensures proposals meet client requirements and align with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions, coordinating with operational and technical teams to gather required information.
• Develop pricing structures and commercial models, conduct cost and profitability analyses, and monitor market pricing trends.
• Assist in creating commercial structures for service offerings, support contract preparation, review and administration, and ensure compliance with finance and legal requirements.
• Support business development by researching market opportunities, preparing business cases, presentations and commercial reports, and participating in client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, pricing schedules and contracts, track proposal status and renewals, and produce periodic performance reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
