Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Maxit Advertising LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role will drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and enhance the overall online presence of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives against ROI and KPI targets.
• Identify trends, insights and optimise spend and performance accordingly.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
• Design, run and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and improve user experience.
• Evaluate end‑to‑end customer journeys across multiple touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
• Work with agencies and vendor partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to create and optimise landing pages and user funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
